I remember growing up it would play on the radio all the time, and of course if was one of the favorite dance songs for bands to sing at big parties, most everyone would hit the dance floor as soon as it started playing.
It was allegedly written by the singer to a young beauty queen – he might be an old horse, goes the song, but he still fancies his chances.
